記念すべき10期目に突入したカフェグルーヴ！ 昨年もより多くの方々からグルーヴを頂きました！ 本当にありがとうございます。
儲けすぎていた金融が崩壊し、ようやく“儲けにくい”ビジネスをしているカフェグルーヴの時代かなぁ、なんて思っていたりします。そんな私たち、コンラッド・リーチからのメッセージ（※１）にもありますように、昨年アートビジネス領域に参入しました！ あいかわらず、多業種多人種な会社づくりに邁進中です（笑）。
しかし、こんな時代だからこそ、頭で生きるのではなくハートで生きたい、それだけは切に思っています。最後に残るのはお金ではなく、人としての価値でしょう。それでは今年も熱いグルーヴのほど、どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

Thanks to your generous support, we are now in our 10th year - for a whole decade, we have brought great foreign ideas and products and, at the same time, presented our culture to the world. Cafegroove and I have been collaborating for the last year, and I hope you have had a chance to see the paintings and prints at the restaurant during this time.
As my understanding of Japanese culture grows, so does my desire to integrate it into my work.
We are planning some interesting projects for 2009, one in particular which reflects my long held interest in Ukiyo-e.
I am feeling pretty excited about the new ideas and I hope they will be interesting and inspiring to you too.....
